With the final ministerial panel, the symbolic handover of the Presidency to Italy, and the closing press conference, the 11th EUSAIR Forum and the Ministerial Meeting of the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative were successfully concluded in Skopje.
During the high-level panel discussion, ministers and representatives of participating countries reaffirmed the importance of regional cooperation, connectivity and European integration as key drivers for the stability and development of the Adriatic-Ionian region.
As part of the official ceremony, North Macedonia handed over the Presidency to Italy, expressing appreciation for the cooperation and support of all participating countries, European institutions and international partners throughout its Presidency.
Through the Skopje Declaration and the discussions held during the Forum, participants reaffirmed their shared commitment to strengthening the European dimension of the region, advancing reforms and deepening regional cooperation.
The closing press conference conveyed a strong message that EUSAIR remains an important platform for dialogue, coordination and the gradual integration of the region into the European Union.
