The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs, Bekim Sali, attended the official ceremonies marking Bastille Day, the National Day of the French Republic, at the invitation of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
Minister Sali’s participation reflects the excellent bilateral relations and strong partnership between the Republic of North Macedonia and the French Republic.
On this occasion, Minister Sali extended his congratulations to the people of France, noting that Bastille Day represents the values of freedom, democracy and European unity, which continue to inspire and strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
He also expressed appreciation for France’s continued support for the Republic of North Macedonia’s European integration process, as well as for the strong political partnership and bilateral cooperation across areas of shared interest.
