Paris, 13–14 July 2026 – First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs Bekim Sali is participating in the official events hosted by the French Republic to commemorate Bastille Day, the French National Day.
As part of the programme, Minister Sali will participate in the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, where leaders will discuss continued support for Ukraine, coordination of efforts to strengthen European security, and the latest developments related to the security situation across Europe.
In the evening, Minister Sali will attend the official dinner hosted by the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, at the Élysée Palace, bringing together Heads of State and Government from partner countries.
On 14 July, Minister Sali will attend the traditional military parade in Paris marking the French National Day, held this year under the theme “Europe’s Strategic Awakening”, highlighting the shared commitment to peace, security and stronger European cooperation.
Minister Sali’s participation reaffirms the close partnership between the Republic of North Macedonia and the French Republic, as well as the common commitment to promoting stability, security and cooperation across Europe.
