Minister Sali addresses “Young Talent for Future Growth” – investing in youth means investing in Europe’s future

The Minister for European Affairs, Bekim Sali, addressed the event “Young Talent for Future Growth”, organized within the framework of the Young Energy Europe and the Development Partnership Programme, where certificates were awarded to participants and prizes to the best projects.

In his remarks, Minister Sali emphasized that investing in human capital is essential for economic transformation and for advancing the country’s path toward the European Union.

“European integration is not only about aligning policies—it is about transformation driven by people, by their knowledge, skills, and readiness to lead change,” Sali stated.

He highlighted that initiatives such as Young Energy Europe contribute to building a competitive and sustainable economy by developing professionals who will lead the green and digital transition.

The Minister also welcomed the Development Partnership Programme with WUS, which provides opportunities for education, training, and employment for young people, underlining that investing in skills is key to long-term economic growth.

Sali reaffirmed that the Government, through the Reform Agenda and the EU integration process, remains committed to creating opportunities for talent development and retention in the country.

During the event, certificates were awarded to the new generation of participants, as well as recognitions for the most successful projects of 2026.
