At the premises of the Government of North Macedonia, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, Bekim Sali, held a meeting with the President of the Islamic Religious Community of the Republic of Türkiye, Prof. Dr. Sali Arpagush, Reis-ul-Ulema Shaqir ef. Fetahu, as well as the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye, Fatih Ulusoy.
During the meeting, a fruitful discussion was held, with particular emphasis on strengthening the brotherly relations between the two countries, as well as on advancing interreligious and institutional cooperation. The interlocutors underlined the importance of dialogue and mutual understanding in promoting peace, stability, and shared values.
In this context, it was stressed that the traditionally friendly relations between North Macedonia and Türkiye represent a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in the future, especially in areas of common interest to the citizens of both countries.
