First Deputy Prime Minister Bekim Sali today took part in the opening of the 4th Balkan School of Pediatrics, an important event bringing together healthcare professionals from across the region.
In his address, he emphasized that this school represents a valuable opportunity for cooperation and the advancement of knowledge in the service of children’s health. According to him, initiatives of this kind contribute to strengthening professional capacities, harmonizing standards, and improving the quality of pediatric services.
He stressed that pediatricians have an irreplaceable role in society, as they stand on the front line of caring for children’s health and well-being, and therefore deserve continuous support through education and international cooperation.
At the end, Sali congratulated the organizers on their work, expressing special gratitude to the President of the Association of Pediatricians in North Macedonia, Aspazija Sofijanova, for her contribution to the development of this important sector.
