The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs, Bekim Sali, held a meeting with the Chargé d’Affaires of the United States of America, Nicole Varnes.
During the meeting, the importance of the strategic partnership between the country and the United States was emphasized, as well as the continued U.S. support for democratic and development processes.
The interlocutors discussed the key role of regional stability as a prerequisite for peace and sustainable development. Deputy Prime Minister Sali highlighted the Government’s commitment to implementing reforms in public administration and the judicial system, assessing these steps as essential for strengthening the rule of law, increasing transparency, and improving services for citizens.
Both sides reaffirmed their readiness to further deepen bilateral cooperation.
