The Minister for European Affairs and First Deputy Prime Minister, Bekim Sali, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Jaroslav Ludva.
During the meeting, discussions focused on North Macedonia’s European integration and the priorities related to the Reform Agenda and the accession process. Minister Sali highlighted the Government’s commitment to delivering concrete results, with particular emphasis on the rule of law, public administration reform, the functioning of democratic institutions, and improving the absorption of European funds.
The interlocutors emphasized the importance of the continued support of the Czech Republic for North Macedonia’s European perspective, as well as the opportunities to deepen cooperation in areas related to the accession process, exchange of experiences, utilization of European funds, and strengthening institutional capacities.
The meeting also highlighted the cooperation achieved so far through European instruments, as well as the support provided by the Czech Republic through various projects with direct impact on local communities.
Minister Sali expressed gratitude for the continuous support and underlined the readiness of the Ministry for European Affairs to further deepen cooperation.
