Minister for European Affairs Orhan Murtezani also met today with Matti Masikas, Executive Director for Europe at the European External Action Service (EEAS).
The meeting highlighted the importance of the strategic relationship between North Macedonia and the European Union, as well as the EU’s continued support for the country’s reform process and integration. The two sides discussed current challenges in the region and beyond, strengthening institutional cooperation and implementing the European agenda.
Minister Murtezani highlighted North Macedonia’s commitment to reforms and stability in the region, emphasizing that the country remains a constructive partner in the accession process. Executive Director Masikas reaffirmed the EEAS’s support for North Macedonia and stressed the importance of deepening cooperation in key areas related to European integration.
