The call is thematic, i.e. it is open to projects that would contribute to a "Smarter and Greener Mediterranean Area" by implementing activities within the following specific axes:
Priority 1. Smarter Mediterranean Area
1.1. Development and enhancement of research and development capacities and uptake of advanced technologies
Priority 2. Greener Mediterranean Area
2.6 Promoting the transition to a circular and sustainable economy
2.4 Promoting climate change adaptation and protection and resilience to disaster risks, taking into account ecosystem-based approaches
2.7 Promoting the protection and conservation of nature, biodiversity and green infrastructure, including in urban areas, as well as reducing all forms of pollution
The entire application procedure is electronic, and the call will be open until 27.10.2022 (13:00 Brussels time).
