The Secretariat for European Affairs informs that an extraordinary call for strategic projects has been published within the framework of the Interreg Adrian 2014-2020 programme, in which applicants from the Republic of North Macedonia may also participate as associated partners. The aim of the call is to raise competences and skills in areas of strategic importance for the Adriatic-Ionian region. More specifically, the call aims to support the preparation and implementation of accredited/potentially accredited transnational master's programmes, as well as the implementation of educational/training concepts in a joint approach of a network of universities.
The following areas are covered by the call:
- Blue Economy
- Social Innovation
- Renewable Energy
- Circular Economy
The following entities can apply as potential applicants:
- Universities/Faculties located in EU Member States and in IPA beneficiary countries
- Business institutions
- Research institutions with specific expertise in the areas covered.
