Today, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs, Bekim Sali, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Petra Draxler.
During the meeting, the excellent bilateral relations between the Republic of North Macedonia and Germany were reviewed, with a special emphasis on successful cooperation in the fields of investment and economic development. Minister Sali highlighted Germany’s significant role as one of the most important economic partners, emphasizing the contribution of German investments to economic growth and the creation of new jobs.
Particular attention was given to the process of European integration, with Minister Sali expressing gratitude for Germany’s continuous and strong support for North Macedonia’s European aspirations and reaffirming institutional commitment to implementing reforms and aligning with European standards.
Ambassador Draxler confirmed Germany’s support for the country’s European path and expressed readiness to further deepen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
