The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs, Bekim Sali, participated today in the Grant Award Ceremony under the call “Strengthening Public Engagement and Communication on the Road to EU Membership”

In his remarks, Sali emphasized that European integration remains the country’s highest strategic priority and an irreversible direction. He noted that following the completion of the screening phase, the country is entering a decisive stage focused on concrete implementation of reforms and delivering measurable results.

He also highlighted the importance of building public trust, ensuring transparent communication, and actively involving citizens in the EU integration process, stressing that this process is not only institutional but also societal.
