The Secretariat for European Affairs has submitted the Annual Report on the Implementation of IPA II Assistance for 2020 to the European Commission, the Delegation of the European Union, the Audit Authority for IPA Monitoring and the Ministry of Finance. The report was prepared by the NIPAC Secretariat in cooperation with the National Authorising Coordinator (NAO), the Management Structure, the Central Financing and Contracting Department (CFCD) as well as the IPA Coordinators from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, the Ministry of Local Self-Government, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration and the Ministry of Finance. It is submitted every year and is an important document for monitoring the implementation of IPA II assistance as well as the status of implementation of the programs under direct and indirect management in a total of 11 identified sectors. The attached document is a summary with a review of the objectives of the Indicative Strategy Paper of the Republic of North Macedonia and a brief overview of the challenges of the sectors: public administration reform, public financial management, justice, home affairs, environment and climate change, transport, competitiveness and innovation, agriculture and rural development, education, employment and social policies, local and regional development and Roma integration.
