Chapter 3.14 Transport policy covers the following areas: road traffic, rail traffic, inland water traffic, combined traffic, air traffic, sea traffic, state aid and satellite navigation.
This area represents a set of policies aimed at maintaining the EU economy through the construction and maintenance of a modern infrastructure network, which will satisfy the need for greater mobility and security, while promoting sustainability and digitization. Completing the road and railway infrastructure between the EU member countries and other aspirant countries for EU membership, removing the bottlenecks, which will contribute to the good functioning of the internal markets as well as the removal of technical barriers. Enabling unimpeded transport of passengers and livestock, in the direction of strengthening and strengthening the economy of the EU.
