Key EU policies in Chapter 3.20 Enterprise and industrial policy are the creation of a competitive economy, i.e. contribution to a functional market economy. The key European documents to be followed within the framework of the chapter on communication related to industrial policy, development of small and medium-sized enterprises, innovation and sectoral policies. Within the framework of the chapter, the existence of economic policies that are focused and long-term contributing to the support of competitiveness and the development of the private sector, the improvement of the working and investment climate, regulatory reforms, the existence of a functional dialogue with the business community in the development and management of policies, and an existing institutional position are followed.
