Company law

Chapter 3.06 Company law covers the areas of company law and accounting and auditing. The purpose of the EU rules in terms of companies include providing equal protection to shareholders and other parties, ensuring the right of establishment of companies within the EU, encouraging efficiency and competitiveness, promoting cross-border cooperation between companies, stimulating the modernisation of Company Law and Corporate Governance.
