WORKSHOP: “Implementation of the EU legislation, process and planning”

DESCRIPTION: SEA and the Twinning Project organized a workshop on the implementation of EU legislation and law drafting procedures that was held on 2nd July 2015. Representatives from the General Secretariat, Secretariat for Legislation and line ministries were present on the workshop. On this workshop the participants reviewed and discussed the legislation procedure in Macedonia as well the ones in Germany and Poland, law drafting phases as well as the NPAA planning cycle and integral framework.
