ACTIVITY 2.7.3 “Workshops for the methodology for Gap assessment of the chapters of the Acquis”

 WORKSHOP: “Gap assessment”

DESCRIPTION: One-day workshop was held on the 8 July 2015 under activity 2.7.3 for Gap Assessment. Presenter on this workshop was an expert from Croatia. The participants on the workshop discussed the gap assessment in the chapters of the Acquis. During this workshop the participants discussed the EU legislation, different directives, vertical and horizontal approaches, transposition in/into law and annexes as well as the administrative structures and monitoring of the transposition process.
