 WORKSHOP: “Introduction of the EU competencies model”

DESCRIPTION: A workshop was held on 2nd July 2015 in the premises of SEA and presenters were experts from the project and SEA. The goal of the workshop was to present the EU competencies framework- the German model and the state of plan in Macedonia. During this workshop the participants discussed the different types/categories of working positions, general and specific competencies, job descriptions according to the competencies and the different types of skills.
