NPAA is a unique framework for planning, monitoring, reporting and managing the process of European integration. Only as an integral frame structures and processes, it can maintain the continuity of the process and maintain the capacity of coordinating structures. EU priorities are meeting our national priorities here.
NPAA is a common vision of the administration at all levels, and a joint plan for progress in the integration process.
