Open 1st Call for Proposals Cross-border Programme Serbia - Republic of North Macedonia 2016-2020 under the Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II), allocations 2016- 2020

The programming area covers the following regions: 

In the Republic of North Macedonia:

-          North-east region: The municipalities of Kratovo, Lipkovo, Kumanovo, Staro Nagorichane, Rankovce and Kriva Palanka;

-          Region of Skopje: The municipalities of Arachinovo, Chucher Sandevo, Ilinden, Petrovec, Sopishte, Studenichani, Zelenikovo, and the municipalities of Butel, Gjorche Petrov and Saraj from the city of Skopje 

In the Republic of Serbia

-          Area Jablanitsa: The city of Leskovac and the municipalities Bojnik, Lebane, Medvedzha, Vlasotince and Crna Trava;

-          Area Pchinja: The city of Vranje with the two municipalities: Vranje and Vranjska Banja, and the municipalities of Vladichin Han, Surdulica, Bosilegrad, Targovichte, Bujanovac and Preshevo. 

The call is open for the following thematic priorities of the programme: 

TP 1: Promoting employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across the border and

TP 2: Encouraging tourism, culture and natural heritage. 

The available IPA budget for this call is 1.260.000 Euros.
