Purpose of the project: To set up a functional control and management system, which will enable the Agency for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Development (AFSARD) to accredit (entrusting with budget implementation) the IPARD Measure 301 “Investments in rural infrastructure”.
To this end, the ASFARD will be assisted as regards compliance with the minimum conditions related to internal environment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring.
Implementation period: December 2014 to May 2015
