“Youth for Europe” is a project initiated by the Secretariat for European Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia. The aim of this initiative is to involve the youth of the country in a debate about the European values and hence contribute to integration process building a new European image. The purpose of this project is to help these young men and women to make the transition and integrate to the European society. Further, this initiative will empower young men and women in a public debate and policymaking who as future young global leaders will shape the future politics of the region.

Objectives:

1. Understanding youth

• Researching NGO’s, Organizations, associations that work with youth.
• Researching studies, reports, publications by institutions regarding youth
• Activities that have been undertaken covering the issue of youth

2. Create new youth image

• EU values / Values of the youth
• New European image of the youth

3. Youth network

• Unity in diversity
• Conference – local, national, regional
• Governmental and nongovernmental institutions
